這部電影是我非常喜歡的一部勵志片，我喜歡這部電影的男主角湯姆漢克斯。這部影片看完，我的心情是舒暢并且斗志滿滿的。

影片開始，一片羽毛飄落下來，立馬進入到一整個大環境中。阿甘正坐在椅子上等車，身邊陸陸續續來了好些人，看到身邊坐著人，阿甘盯著他們的鞋子看，想起了自己的第一雙“魔鞋”。（一雙用來糾正背的鞋子。）一下子，阿甘開始跟周圍的路人講述自己的故事。

故事中的阿甘很小，穿著很特殊的鞋子，他的媽媽帶著他回家，受到了別人不一樣的眼光。但是媽媽總是會一直跟他說，他跟身邊的所有人都是一樣的。然而事實上，當時的阿甘智商只有7。5，放在我們當下，已經是非常甚至極度低下的智商了。但是親愛的媽媽還是幫助他聯系到了最好的學校。阿甘一直跟媽媽相依為命。

現在很多老師很多家長都對自己的孩子說《阿甘正傳》是勵志的，在我看來他們就是和跟在阿甘背后跑的那些人一樣。這些人人云亦云以訛傳訛，阿甘說自己跑步是沒有原因的，沒有目標，何談勵志。《阿甘正傳》所要表達的并不是勵志，而是一個不起眼的士兵對阿甘說的，“做好這個只有一個秘訣，那就是專注?！币约鞍⒏试谡淠莸哪骨暗莫毎?，是對命運的看法。影片中的靈魂人物除了珍妮還有鮑布，以及丹中尉和阿甘的媽媽，媽媽和丹中尉分別代表了兩種對命運的解讀。
