英語教師述職報告演講
尊敬的領導、各位評委,大家下午好!
我是XX中學的英語教師,今天非常榮幸來到這里,向大家匯報我在過去一年中所做的工作以及所面臨的問題和困難,同時也向大家發表一些建議和看法。

然而,工作中也遇到了不少問題和困難。首先是時間緊張,課程很多,難以有足夠的時間去準備每個課程。另外,一些學生的自學能力差,需要更多的教育和指導,而我只能盡力去幫助他們。還有,一些學生缺乏學習英語的興趣和動力,需要我繼續努力去調動他們的學習積極性。同時,文化差異和口音的問題也影響了學生對于英語教學的學習。我認為解決這些問題的核心是不斷提高自身的業務能力和教學水平,針對學生的實際情況,靈活地調整教學方式和方法,并開展更多形式多樣的教育教學活動,激勵學生持續、有效地學習英語語言,培養學生的英語思維和英語交際能力。
基于以上的工作經驗和教學問題與挑戰,我提出了以下的建議與看法:
第一,建議學校能夠增加英語教育投入,提高學生的英語環境和教學條件。例如,建設更多的英語學習資源中心和多媒體教室,提供更多的英語培訓課程和講座。
第二,建議學校加強對英語教師的培訓和支持,提高英語教師的教育教學能力和教學水平。例如,定期組織英語教師參加國內外的學習研討會和培訓班,為英語教師提供更多的教學資源和學術支持。
第三,建議學校能夠在道德教育方面做更多的努力,注重學校文化和價值觀的傳播,引導學生形成良好的行為規范和行為習慣。這樣可以培養出更多優秀的英語學生,也會進一步促進英語教育在學校中的發展和普及。

好的教師在于他的每一節課學生都是有收獲的,讓學生在興趣中產生疑問,疑問過后思考,思考中總結收獲是每一位英語老師常用的教學模式,說起來簡單,針對每一節課的內容設計生動可行的教學方案卻也是每位英語同仁一直在探索的,包括我。這學期我珍惜每一次上課的機會,為學生設計感興趣的學習情境,從學生的反饋中靈活地變動教案,力求每節課學生都能"吃"得好、"吃"得飽。課后我也會及時做好教學反思,寫教學后記。從常規課到教研課,我的每一堂課都是經過精心準備的,上課要用的多媒體課件、學具、教具我都認真花心思制作,課堂作業、家庭作業也都提前做好在本子上才踏上那一片七尺講臺,這樣的我一步一個腳印走過來,使學生學得輕松,我也教得踏實。
二、從學校大講堂到省市英語課比賽,我成長著
一直聽聞大講堂是***小學的特色教學,這學期我終于領略到了它的魅力,***老師、***老師、***老師、***老師等優秀的***精英帶來的大講堂,讓我興奮、驚嘆,也有著躍躍欲試的沖動,聽課的我都能學到很多,要是親自準備這樣的一堂課應該可以鍛煉得更多。所以,下學期的我也要上大講堂,而且要認真努力地把它上好。這學期我還聽了很多老師的常規課、教研課,并現場觀摩了市片段課比賽、省英語教學比賽,收獲頗多,每位老師都各有風采,我會慢慢吸取大家的優點,并學以致用。
三、從作業到課后輔導,關注每一位學生
每天的課堂作業和家庭作業我都做到及時詳細地批改,發現問題馬上在課堂上重點講解。班上有幾個同學由于以前的基礎知識掌握不牢固,理解能力又比較弱,每次學的新課都不能很快學會,我就趁課間操時間、談話時間為他們做個別講解,每次當他們做出了題目我都告訴他們:其實英語好容易的吧,你不也很快就學會了。建立孩子的信心,提高學習興趣,這樣離我的目標就越來越近了。我心里一直有個想法:不能讓一個孩子掉隊!

這學期我還擔任三班的副班主任,因此對三班同學又多了份特別的關注,我教育他們:班主任在不在班大家都要是一個樣,做一個有素質的孩子,不僅課堂常規要做好,也要尊重身邊的每一個人,同班同學、同齡朋友要尊重,副科老師要尊重,家里的長輩更要尊重。三班是個團結向上的班級,我將繼續配合班主任***老師,將班級帶得更好!
