要想在短時間內提高聽力，最好的辦法就是多聽。在這不到一個月的時間里，不用聽太多的輔導材料，找來歷年真題的聽力，反復聽，把握出題的思路和錄音的語速、語調。

盡力培養英語思維如果你在聽聽力時習慣于將每個單詞和句子翻譯成漢語，這既浪費時間，也影響理解，因為兩種語言的結構和思維不盡相同，在短暫的15秒鐘內，既要聽，又要理解、翻譯，還要進行綜合判斷，很不容易做到，弄不好會影響以后的聽力理解。最好的辦法是逐漸培養用英語思維，不但可以節約時間還可以提高理解力。

根據重慶大學教務處《關于2013年下半年全國大學英語四、六級考試報名的通知》精神，現將我校成教學生報名參加全國大學英語四、六級考試的有關事宜通知如下：

一、報名對象及條件

1．凡我校成教本、專科在校學生均可報名參加英語四、六級考試（四級報名有一個原則性的條件：專科學生已通過全部大學英語課程考試，本科生已修完相當于大學英語（4）課程），非在校學生不能參加報名。

2．本、專科學生凡通過“英語四級”者（成績425分及以上），可報考“英語六級”。

二、報名方式

1．學生先到C區繼續教育學院財務室交納報考費用；

2．憑繳費收據（有資格報考英語六級的學生需帶身份證、四級成績單等）在C區教務辦公室現場采集圖像信息；

3．學生現場進行報名信息校對。特別提醒：所有報名考生必須在《考生信息校對單》上簽名確認本人信息（含照片信息），一經確認后不得以任何理由更改，信息有誤由考生本人負責。
