高考 英語備考勿忽視“心理飽和”
在生活中,我們有這樣的經驗,將鹽不斷加入水中,最后鹽不能再溶解,就會出現飽和溶液。在人的心理上也存在這種飽和現象。
在英語科復習時由于不斷地重復同一要求,致使人的心理承受力到了不能再承受的程度,會由此影響到人的學習效果。
進入高三后,同學們只有一個目標就是考大學。為了這一目標,不再參與其他活動,只是重復地進行著大量的練習,由于活動很單一,常會出現心理飽和現象,結果在以后的學習中出現疲憊,學習的速度慢了,還常會出差錯。因此,心理飽和現象的影響多為負面的。
避免“心理飽和”的小處方:
1、在英語科的學習和備考階段要學會合理地安排各項復習任務,不斷變化自己的學習方式和學習內容、學習的要求,避免重復性的學習時間過長帶來的飽和心理影響到復習效果。
2、要善于進行自我調節,在遇到心理飽和狀態、出現厭煩情緒時,不妨先放下學習,活動活動身體,極目遠眺片刻,或散散步,或與別人說說話,分散一下緊張的情緒,這樣可以減少飽和效應帶來的精神壓力。
3、平時也應有積極的心理準備,一經遇上它,要沉著,采取有效的方法,將它大化小,小化了。這樣才能有效地提高學習效率,保證學習效果,為最終取得高考成功奠定基礎。
其次,要少考慮考試的失敗。高考的競爭是殘酷的,只要有競爭必然會有失敗,如果對考試后的失敗過分地考慮,其結果可能真的會造成失敗。比如當一個球手擊球前一再告訴自己“不要把球打進水里”時,他的的大腦里往往就會出現“球掉進水里”的情景,而結果往往事與愿違,球大多都會掉進水里。

英尺的由來:英尺(foot,縮寫為ft.等于12英寸,1/3碼,0.3048 m)在英文中的本意是“腳”。實際上,一英尺就是一個成年男子一只腳的長度。由于腳的長度因人而異,在使用時有必要規定一個標準的腳長。到了16世紀,德國人用了一個非常簡單的方法解決了此事。他們在一個禮拜日,讓從教堂里走出來的16個男子站在一起,然后將其左腳的長度加在一起,除以16,求出一個平均的腳長。這就是現在使用的英尺。
英寸的由來:英寸(inch,縮寫為in.)在荷蘭語中的本意是大拇指,一英寸就是一節大拇指的長度。當然人的大拇指的長度也是長短不一的。14世紀時,英皇愛德華二世頒布了“標準合法英寸”。其規定為:從大麥穗中間選擇三粒最大的麥粒并依次排成一行的長度就是一英寸。

假如語言的美真的來自于感覺,那么對語言的考察是不是就顯得有點神秘抑或荒誕?很多同學抱怨,為什么這篇文章我看得懂,卻做不對?為什么我覺得這道題每個答案都說的通?其實很簡單,因為很多同學在選答案的時候都不問為什么,而只是“讓心靈去旅行”。
高考閱讀理解部分在考察過程中,對考生更加注重閱讀技巧的運用,而不僅僅是閱讀內容的掌握。所以,對于一些閱讀能力很強的考生,即使文章讀得一知半解,正確率也能保證在80%以上。閱讀理解的題材和體裁一直以來都保持多樣化的態勢,語言材料新、來源廣、語言地道、真實,具新穎性、教育性、可靠性和可讀性。閱讀材料多數來源于最新的國外書報時文,所以要求考生對每篇文章都有親切感幾乎是不可能的;但是,題型設計上,細節、歸納(主旨)題、推理題和詞義題的格局卻幾乎沒有被撼動過,尤其是細節歸納題的核心地位,所以今天我們一起分享一下這兩種題型的解答。
細節題
細節題在每年的高考閱讀部分總是能占到半壁以上的江山。細節題的重要性由此可見一斑,然而細節題實則為閱讀理解部分最簡單的題型。如果考生能在原文中找到對應答題點,想選錯幾乎是不可能的事情。
首先,高考真題的細節題排列,其答題點和題目出現的順序的意義對應的。以2007年全國二卷B篇為例,
61. Which of the following eats only one type of food? 62. Certain animals change their choice of food when ___________. 答題點分別為…Other animals eat only one type of food even when given the choice. A kind of white butterfly(蝴蝶)will stay on the leaves of a cabbage, even though there are plenty of other vegetables in the garden. …The diet of these animals will be different depending on the season. 因此,如果考生發現該篇文章的第一道題是關于時間、地點、人物、事件等為核心的問題,答案卻出現在篇章尾部,那就非常值得懷疑。
除了對答題范圍的預估,具體的答題的點查找顯得更為關鍵。很多考生都有一個這樣的困惑:雖然在看文章前有先看問題的習慣,但總是感覺看來和沒看一樣,相望了無痕。問題的根源在于,很多考生并不知道在看題干時到底需要看些什么。我們可以舉幾個例子:

64. Parents with small children visiting the gallery ? 以上是就最近3年高考題中,隨機選擇的幾道細節題題干。考生在預估出卷人意圖時并不需要對題干進行細致精到的分析,只需要稍微把握關鍵詞,對句意囫圇吞棗也未嘗不可。而這些“棗子”一般是那些不能被消化、被替換的詞語,比如:專有名詞、術語等,如果沒有這些成分,一般名詞或動詞則應該被關注;數詞在考查過程中,雖然會出現一些簡單的運算,但因為其形式的獨特性,所以也需要特別留意。也就是說,在審題的過程中,關注等級為(專有)名詞、動詞、數詞。
因此,以上五道題,著重關注的點分別是:06年北京卷—Loftus,volunteer;07年全國二卷—McKenzie,children,08年全國一卷—Snowdonia Centre,holidays,08年全國二卷—visitor,lunch,08年江蘇卷—parents,children,gallery。當考生在同一個句子,或相鄰的句子中看到了這些詞,或者近義詞,答案就極有可能近在咫尺了。
歸納題
歸納題,有時也被稱之為主旨題,主要著眼于對考生事實和觀點,現象和本質的區分能力。對于什么是觀點、本質,什么是事實、現象,很多考生總覺得有“花非花,霧非霧”的朦朧迷亂感。其實,只要盯住一篇文章的四個角落:首段首句,首段尾句,尾端首句,尾段尾句,就基本上不會出現方向上的偏離。這里的“句”,即可以是一個完整的句子,也可以是復雜句中的主句。比如,2008年全國二卷的第四篇文章,這四個角落的句子分別為:
Something in chocolate could be used to stop coughs and lead to more effective medicines, say UK researchers. …
The researchers said that theobromine worked by keeping down a verve activity(神經活動) …theobromine caused no side effects such as sleepiness. 首段只有一個句子,提出句中的核心名詞chocolate,coughs,medicines。段末的兩句話,都有一個詞theobromine,雖然不確定這是什么,但可以保證一定和段首的chocolate,coughs,medicines所形成的邏輯鏈條有關。所以,綜合這些信息,大概可以推斷文章主要分析chocolate能夠治療coughs,當成medicines,因為里面有theobromine,而且沒有什么side effects。
因此56. Which of the following would be the best title for the text? B便成了自然之選。
A. Codeine: A New Medicine B. Chocolate May Cure Coughs C. Cough Treatment: A Hard Case D. Theobromine Can Cause Coughs 高考中細節歸納題是分布于難度等級中的基礎難度和中等難度,比重為80%左右。當考生把握到了這些,保證每次閱讀理解都能拿到16個以上的正確率,才有可能談技巧,實現另外10%的突破。
我一個很會玩牌的朋友曾經對菜鳥級別的我說過,贏牌的秘訣就是保證你在摸到王的時候一定要贏,沒摸到的時候一定不要輸。細節歸納題就是高考中的一手小牌,它不足以讓你贏,但好好把握一定不會輸。不是每個人都能把把拿到好牌,學會理性的分析,簡單的應對,以不變應萬變,卻并不一定會糟糕。最近《高考1977》在熱映,如果康德也參加了這一場改變了無數人命運的考試的話,能讓他“以時時翻新、有增無已的贊嘆和敬畏”充滿心靈的事情也許就不止兩件了,但我確信一定不會有一個東西—那就是語感,至少在閱讀理解這一部分。

昨天第一天來到劉寨小學,初來乍到眼前的一切讓我感受頗多:校園、教學樓、硬件設施、老師和可愛童真的孩子們。一夜的等待終于迎來了今早的第一節語文課,面對三尺方臺下五六十雙渴望和欣喜的眼睛,我真切的體會到了作為一名教師肩負的義務與責任!
第一節語文課是一年級的學生,看到有的孩子四五個人擠在兩個人的桌上,有的兩個人坐在一張方凳上,有的甚至沒有桌子只是趴在凳子上就學習……眼前的一切撼動了我的心,回想起自己小學時的學習環境,不說有天壤之別也相差甚遠!一聲:“上課!”拉開了我人生第一堂課的序幕,全班同學異口同聲地“老師好!”讓我第一次感受到了能夠成為一名人民教師是一件多么自豪又幸福的事!面對孩子們,我居然也不由自主地緊張,自我介紹時也會發生口誤的情況,但看到同學們對我善意的微笑,我便放松了心情,整堂課雖然多次管理紀律,可我認為,讓他們有話題討論是因為他們對我的課感興趣,所以也是很開心的。孩子們上交的作業每一本我都很認真很真誠的批改、評語,希望他們也能在作業中發現老師對他們的愛。

雨過天晴后我們又開始了新一天的教學與學習生活,太陽有肆無忌憚的射在了潁陽鎮劉寨小學的每個角落。

他剛學會幾個漢語就讓我教他談鋼琴,“俗話說,包子有餡不掛在皮上,人有學問不掛在嘴上。嗨~~~~~反正你也聽不懂。”我嘴上這么說可心里卻樂的要命:這下我可以炫耀炫耀我的鋼琴藝術了。于是我便坐在我哥哥的電子琴旁認真的.教起他來。我抽出一本彈琴第一冊的課本,教他怎么做手形,怎么認譜,我攪盡腦汁把老師和媽媽教我時說的話都翻了出來,“不要翹小指。”“認真點。”我講的吐沫橫飛,不一會我說累了又開始說他的毛病,“兩手要鼓起來,像握著個雞蛋。”說著我便到冰箱里取了兩個雞蛋塞到他的手中說:“看見了把吧,就應該這樣。”我認為他會了,就把雞蛋放回了冰箱,可是剛轉頭他手又癟了下去,我氣急了,心想一定要好好懲罰他,說著我便折了一個紅色紙盒放在他頭上說:“我出去一下,你彈的時候一定不要把紙盒掉在地上。”說完便神氣的走了出去。一出去我就在門旁偷偷的監視他,突然紙盒掉在了地上,我正準備責怪他,他卻突然大叫一聲“對不起,對不起。”說著就把地上的紙盒揀起來重新戴在了頭上。我點了點頭說:“子聰慧細心可教也。”說完就走到了門外。不料被哥哥發現了,他拍了拍我頭說“你這陳子慧又在折騰人家老外。”我摸著頭說“是他讓我教他的。”在哥哥去問威廉的時候我趁機逃跑了。
這次雖然沒在教成功,可是想起這事心里還是美滋滋的。
